I received my order promptly and in the condition it stated, plus was able to save money. I was fortunate to not have to get all books through school. I would recommend anyone to do the same.

I was not impressed with this book, but it was a required coursebook for my Law Office Technology class, so I had to read it. I found that the book was written in a very simplistic fashion & it explained (in detail) things that most elementary aged children know. For example, did you know that a URL is a web address, or that the internet can be used to research & find information? ....I thought so! That being said, the web component is a breeze & since you probably know most of the stuff in this book, the course requiring this book should be an easy "A".

Great and easy transaction, arrived sooner than expected (in 2days instead of 6+ days) and in a great condition.. Will definiately do business with them again :) Thank you ..

I would have liked to know how long media mail was going to take. I purchased this on Dec 31 and it arrived Jan 25, almost too late for the class I am taking for my paralegal certificate. I wished the seller had better wrapping. It really looked like a used brown paper bag. Getting back to the book: it's amazing how efficient you can be if you know how to use the MS Office. Several clicks away and my first homework assignment is done.

This product was just as described and in great condition. It shipped right away.
