4.0 out of 5 stars much better than others
This sonic pest repeller works a lot better than others. It will keep away a lot of rodents and decrease the number of spiders drastically. You will start to see less and less spider webs and it does not make a whole lot of noise. I would define tally recommend this over other sonic pest repellers and is well worth the money for how much of a decrease in insects and...

1.0 out of 5 stars Completely useless and ineffective
This product is a waste of money. The mice in my room are completely unaffected, and walk right by the device without any sign of concern. Besides being ineffective, the devices themselves make a slight buzzing sound (not silent as advertised). I now have to buy a set of (humane) mousetraps, and I recommend that anyone reading this do the same and save themselves $40.

1.0 out of 5 stars no more mice in the attic, January 3, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THIS PRODUCT TO ARRIVE, I'D GIVEN UP ON IT, BUT ONCE IT CAME IT WORKS JUST FINE. IT EVEN SEEMS TO KEEP DOWN THE SPIDER POPULATION IN THE BASEMENT. YOU NEED TWO FOR A LARGE ATTIC, MORE IF THERE ARE WALLS OR BARRIERS OF ANY KIND IN BETWEEN.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pest chaser, November 9, 2006

This product evidently does what it claims to do. I have no pests in my house. I didn't have pests before I bought this product but I assume it keeps pests from entering. The only exception being the "two legged upright type." One of the things I like most about this product is it is quiet and unobtrusive.

4.0 out of 5 stars Extremely Quiet, June 20, 2004

Just plugged in the Sonic Technology PC3000 and was quite surprised at how silent these units are. Many units claim to be quiet, but are audible by humans. These are completely silent.

Do not know how effective they will be at repelling rodents just yet, but hopefully they repel just as well as they are silent.
