The forms were designed and carefully reviewed for clarity and completeness by experts in the field. Detailed instructions for completing each section of the forms are provided, as well as two completed sample forms -- one for a piece bought at issue and one for a piece bought on the secondary market. Inside, the paper is thick and rugged to withstand repeated entries and years of use. The pages are perforated allowing the collector to remove them for storage in a binder or folder, if desired.

This book is layed out simply; gives understandable instructions on its' use; and two different examples. Great way to catalog your collection and also to have a record of the number, type and value of your collection for insurance purposes should anything (ie. fire, theft) happen to your collection.Note: You would then want to store your book in a firesafe place!
