The product was great. It was exactly as shown the only part was that when it was shipped it was a bit warm and the seal came off the top spilling into the bag that it was in. No biggie.. it was in a bag and I sent a message with pictures to customer service through Courtney's Candles. The response back was that sometimes in the heat the pressure builds up and cracks the seal, sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. No offer to replace the item since it spilled all into the bag. So I can say that the product is great the customer service is HORRIBLE!

Very difficult to find these oil refills. Took a chance by ordering this one without knowing what it smells like. I lucked out. Love the fragrance. Leaves my home smelling fresh.

We fell in love with the effusion lamp from La-Tee-Da. It works so well. Finding the oil, though, is a problem. Thankfully, I found it through Amazon at a great price. The lavender fragrance Monogrammed Linens is very fresh and light. It works perfectly in our home.

I like the product and it's scent, however, I find it much too pricey. I can use half of the bottle within one time use of about 24 hours. I'm looking elsewhere.

THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE OF THIS OIL AND I JUST CANT GET ENOUGH. IT SMELLS JUST LIKE i EXPECTED IT TO. cANT BEAT THE PRICE , IT IS HALF OF WHAT i PAID IN THE STORE.

Very happy! I purchases a bottle half the size for about the same price from my local mall. Found this one when i wanted to replace it. No leakage like other buyers had, came in quickly and wonderful. Thank you!
