This book is awsome~ It has many tips from shopping to one ingridient masks.I tried some and they really work!Need a lift? read it! It tells you which foods you should eat from fast food restaurants.This book helped me be healthy,inside and out! But it has not one picture , so i gave it 4 stars inside of 5,since i like seeing an image of what they mean.

This book is great. It's got alot of great tips and tricks for girls. I think It's directed more to a younger teen group, but overall, anybody, teen or not, could use some of these tips! A note to parents, this book will definitely raise your childs self-esteem when it comes to beauty and body image. This book would be a great gift for a girl in your family, or a book for yourself.

This book is just packed and loaded with secrets, not all beauty secrets either. I was expecting to be all about makeup and how to apply it and blah blah blah, but it wasnt at all it was all about how to keep your skin, hair, and body staying nice and beautiful. It has tips from famous models, on how to look flawless and stay healthy. It has tips on keeping posture correct to natural hair product recipies to organization to college tips. I absolutley reccomend this book to anyone even older people not just teenagers. It is one of the best tip books around! I LOVE IT

Honestly,I've read so many "beauty secret" books and they all say the same things! Sure a few of them have a couple of recipes and tips that work. But they are all the same tips and recipes!
Diane Irons teen beauty secrets has the best beauty secrets I've ever read. Thewse tips are just so good that quite a few of the beauty concoctions Ive made from here work better than storebought products!
Here's one example:
I read in her book that Criso vegatable shortening is used to treat eczema in hospitals.
I've never told any of my frends that I have eczema on my feet. I'm too ashamed to wear sandals. I tried this and applied it overnight and slipped on some cotton socks. The next day, My feet were so soft! I've nver had feet this soft since befor ei got eczema.
The beauty recipes work wonders, but you should test it on an area of your skin before trying them if skin is sensitive.

I rented this book from our local library, and Now I'm buying it because there are so many useful tips, I just can't keep them all in my head! It's really great!

This book is very good. I thought it would be all make-up stuff, but it also has changed my attitude. It teaches how to dress well, eat healty, and has cool model secrets. It even has beauty tips from all around the world!This is a great book!

This book is full of good information, but I was hoping there would be some photos to go with make-up application tips for my pre-teen. She's a reader, so I think it will still be good for her, but for most girls her age I wouldn't recomend it.

I found this in my library and then later, I just had to buy it.....this book has fantastic tips, something you would definitely want to keep around in your house.

I was hoping for some pictures, with more makeup application tips. This book has some good information, but it wasn't really what we were looking for.
