I was recommended this book recently and I have to say that it proved to be smart and practical resource for teens as they emerge into the adult world and begin forming relationship that see them successful and happy in life. "Teen Leadership Networking Guidebook: A Networlding Leadership Series Book" has a solid foundation of advice, strategies and tips guide teens into the complicated but rewarding world of networking... or "networlding" as the author calls it... allowing deeper connections to be forged, a great understanding of the avenues that will guide them through life and a more successful grasp of life and their career.

Melissa Giovagnoli Wilson has a clear grasp of what teens need to do in the modern world of networking to get ahead in life, offering readers the ability to delve into the mysteries of networlding and become more capable, connected and inspired to succeed in life. The well-written guide is a smart choice for teens just entering into the adult world or parents looking for ways to help their child forge connections that will be the foundation for their successful life. Overall, this was an enlightening and informative book that was well worth the read.

We currently live in a world where social networking is a huge influence and a major factor in contributing to your success---because in reality it's not what you know, but who you know that will get you far in life. This is a great guidebook for teenagers because it teaches teens how to build leadership skills that is essential in the real world. "Networlding" is an effective form of networking that involves establishing meaningful connections and leveraging those connections in various ways.

The information found in this book is very helpful and powerful. I like the overall positive message of networlding, and how teenagers can utilize this type of networking to create success in their lives. The author is professional and an expert in the subject matter. If you have a teenager or a pre-teen, this is a great book to get for them. Highly recommended!

Even though the title is "Leadership Networking Guidebook" the book is nothing but a commercial about "networlding" - a term trademarked by the author. The book is nothing but a manual to accompany her pricy workshops. Not really even an informercial since there is little or no information.

I would say you're better off reading real leadership or networking book. Author's "networlding" is aged, an 80's view of connecting with others. Also, IMO, she gets a bit too much into self glorification.
