This is an excellent resource for anyone looking for new programming ideas for teens. The ideas (or examples) are a little out of date, but the idea behind them is fantastic. It's given me a lot of new ideas for programs at our Library that I can't wait to try out!

Tried and tested favorites include library-themed scavenger hunts, reading programs, trivia games, craft programs such as sand painting and tie dye, party and lock-in activities, and much, much more. An excellent resource for educators and parents alike, 101+ Teen Programs That Work is a welcome and valued addition to any school or community library resource or "Friends of the Library" reference collection.

Ms. Honnold obviously loves her work and it shows through the wide variety of activites she presetns here. Enough to keep the busiest YA counselor prepared for many a rainy day.
