Not a serious exercise video but a way to capitalize on Milano's then-blossoming womanhood. She is so pretty. Though this video is awkwardly scripted and the other two girls are terrible, Milano shines. Very sexy young lady!

Could use a plot. Two girls, other than Alyssa, are dead boring. (Alyssa becomes mildly boring after 15 minutes or so.) Not a serious exersize video.

Does anyone else find it creepy that the top of the "What similar items do customers ultimately buy after viewing this item?" is a movie called Jailbait? I guess if you're not creeped out by the other reviews, that shouldn't add much.

This is the beautiful girl,turning into a woman right before you're very eyes,through each stretch and musical number!Guys who buy this may have to buy another later,so don't use that still frame button and slow motion button so much!

The music is terrible. The Fashion is horrible. The dancing is awful. The workouts are laughable. But it's badness is the genius of its greatness. A must for any Alyssa Milano fan because you won't be able to take your eyes off of her.

This exercise video, made in 1988, is the funniest video I've ever seen in my life. It was a family affair, with her mom doing her hair (in a very odd ponytail) and her dad writing the music. She leads a serious of ridiculous stretches and then goes into this dark alley to dance around in lycra, wripped jeans, and lots of neon. I swear, your audience would be rolling on the floor if you showed this. My friend and I discovered it at Blockbuster years ago, and keep joking about it, so I finally ordered it from ebay (there's quite a trade of "Teen Steam" on ebay, because the sellers market it as soft-core porn or something). We watched it again last night, for the first time in 5 years, and it was as funny as ever.

Well, yeah, OK, she's only 16, but, like another reviewer suggested, no one held a gun to her head telling her to do this and this video certainly wasn't my idea. There definitely is an intended sexiness here, belied by the fact that there is a point at which one cameraman does slowly leer over her body--it wasn't me. Anyone with a half a brain, however, can see that this is not a serious exercise video and Alyssa's attempts at instructing the viewer and her friends on-set are laughable. This was clearly made for teenage girls to sit around at slumber parties and feel jealous of Ms. Milano. Today, she doesn't seem all that attractive, her recent magazine spreads have sucked, and she looks ridiculous--and acts ridiculousLY--in that STUPID Charmed show--which makes no sense whatsoever and has a lot of forced melodrama. Maybe she should make an updated version of this, during which her attributes can at least be exploited more professionally and where maybe she could even keep a straight face. HAHAHA

What can I say about this rare, late 80's gem? I had to have this, I just had to. I remember "who's the Boss" as an interesting if silly family show, if a little strange because it had a single parent who was a somewhat befuddled dad, most single parent families, by far, have a mom and no dad, but I guess they wanted to be different. Lets start with the star of this show, Alyssa Milano. She is as close to perfect as the good lord makes girls her age, her face is flawless and her well toned body is unparalleled. She is also barely 16. I am not 16. I have not been 16 for a long, long, long time. Shame on me. But wait...I didn't produce this, I didn't set up the exercises or tell this young nubile to do stretching exercises in a sports bra and nothing else on top. It wasn't my idea, why should I be ashamed? I just am. Alyssa Milano is a fascinating individual, like an onion one peels and peels and still there is more. She had a colossal career in Japan, lots of Americans did, but not Like Ms. Milano. She had 4 or 5 albums, albums which must be heard to be believed, I confess to downloading some of the songs, shame on me again. If you can listen to one of her songs all the way through, you are stronger then I am. She sings the theme, the lyrics stick in ones mind like a chicken bone in a dogs throat, "My parents want an angel, my teachers want a brain, my friends all want to party and it's driving my insane" Oh the horror, the horror. It is painfully obvious that no teenage girl penned these lyrics but some older male, as was much of her stuff in those days. She wears outfits selected for her to please someone else, she poses for hundreds of photo's, (check out her fan sites) some of which would make Nabrikov blush, whatever she did it was top quality, done with true heart and spirit and always a little creepy. Who was the audience for this? Young girls? maybe, but many other demographic groups would enjoy her stretching and bending, and squatting and lunging and squatting some more, and leg lifts.......shame on me. She poses in a nighty for a grown women, she is barely 13, time and time again Alyssa Milano puts the "pro" in "age inappropriate", but is she to blame? or credit? I just don't have an answer. What I will say is she takes her exercise very seriously, as do the camera men who constantly leer over her teenage body, and her friends too, what to say? The dance number is done very well, the credit list goes on to name many professionals who worked really hard on this, yet like any of her stuff it is horribly dated, her hair and music scream 1988 and no other year, sadly that was a long time ago, and it shows. I, and many other's will always think of Alyssa Milano as our adorable if annoying little sister, or the neighbor girl who we see walking down the street, who we should not be looking at....then we take our camcorder and.....shame on me.

This is a fantastic video. Usually exercise videos of are ugly women with ugly spandex and huge muscles telling you to pump some iron. I love this video because the girls are young and fun and what I want to look like. You feel like you're just hanging out with three of your friends rather than a drill sargent. I lost a ton of weight with this video. I wish it came as a DVD! I also wish someone like Britney Spears or Miley Cyrus would come out with a video like this. It help you to stay motivated when its someone young and who you strive to look like.

WOO HOO I'm Alyssa Milano, star of the hit series "Who's the Boss!" Who's the boss? I am, cuz I got this crazy workout video, several M.O.W's, and my face plastered all over Big Bopper magazine and I'm only 16! Actually this video is pretty entertaining to laugh at, with it's tacky 80's neon fashions and cheesy after-school-special approach. Teens get under-pressure too, and need to let of some STEAM! (cue up preset aerobic beat). I found the vid a few years back, previously viewed at a video rental store for 96 cents. AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Don't expect to get much of a workout on this one, as all the floor work are no-brainer spot exercises and the "aerobic" portion is a bunch of teens doing random and unsynchronized free style 80's dance moves on a fake ghetto set. Of course they don't tell you what any of the moves are, or how to do them, but the always-helpful Alyssa Milano instructs you to "rewind the tape if you didn't get it the first time." BA HA HA PURE GENIUS! This video takes me straight back to Junior High memories of choir and decorating my locker with pictures of Wil Wheatin and River Phoenix!
