4.0 out of 5 stars Overall adorable - 2 small problems
My 2 year old loves his Robin costume. Only 2 complaints. The mask is hooked together in the back with velcro that comes apart pretty easily. It wasn't a problem for Halloween, but he wants to use it for dress-up and he can do it by himself. The second is that the cape only attaches to the costume - you can't use it separately. So if he wants to wear it he has to put...

2.0 out of 5 stars Adorable Costume, but Cheaply Made, September 30, 2008
While this costume is absolutely adorable on, it is quite cheaply made. If your child is like mine and wants to wear it 24/7 you will be lucky to make it to Halloween. We have had the costume for 4 days and it has 3 holes in it and it is has little balls all over it from wear. I have been careful to allow him to have fun, while being cautious not to destroy the costume. He is not a rough child and it is already looking shabby. I would recommend the Toddler Deluxe Teen Titan Robin Costume with Muscle Chest because it is made of a different material and holds up a lot better. My other son has the Batman Deluxe Muscle Chest Kids Costume, KIDS SIZE Small and it is really nice. This Robin costume was the only one that I could find at the time so I bought it thinking it would be ok. I was wrong. It also runs small. My son is just starting to wear a 3T and this costume is short on him. Hope this helps.

It wasn't a problem for Halloween, but he wants to use it for dress-up and he can do it by himself. The second is that the cape only attaches to the costume - you can't use it separately. So if he wants to wear it he has to put the whole costume on which he can't do on his own. I might attach some elastic for him.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for a baby's costume, May 30, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this costume for my baby and it is great, the quality is what I expected, not great but will do the trick for a baby. I just love seeing my baby wear the costume. However be aware that the mask is too big for a baby's face and it actually covered half my baby's eye. This is why I give one less star, besides that costume is great, my family and friends just loved the pictures!

3.0 out of 5 stars Son loved it but fell apart almost immediately, January 17, 2011

My son loves to dress up as robin as his older brother was batman! Within a day he had a huge hole in the knee (the material is kind of a felt) the velcro for the eye mask fell off. The cost is not super cheap so I expected a little more durability but this will have to go in the trash once we're done playing with it.

This costume was a total waste of money. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality material. Live and learn. Never order a costume off the Internet.

4.0 out of 5 stars Robin for Halloween, November 13, 2010

Very cute outfit. NOt so warm but plenty of room to wear over clothes. My son wore the toddler version and he just turned 3. Probably not the best quality but will certainly get you through a few Halloween events.

I would definitely recommend it. My 18 month old son looked so cute in it. Everyone turned around to see him when he got out of the car :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Batman and Robin, December 13, 2011

For Halloween this year my 7 year old decided he wanted to be Batman and his younger brother be Robin. Needless to say it was adorable and perfect. The costume is very thin and probably wouldn't hold up for daily "dress-up" play types of use but the cape attaches via velcro on each side of the neck, my son wouldn't wear the mask but it was adorable and perfect for Halloween.

This costume made it through halloween, but it wasn't particularly durable or well made. The mask was very ill-fitting and the belt was crooked.
