4.0 out of 5 stars Overall adorable - 2 small problems
My 2 year old loves his Robin costume. Only 2 complaints. The mask is hooked together in the back with velcro that comes apart pretty easily. It wasn't a problem for Halloween, but he wants to use it for dress-up and he can do it by himself. The second is that the cape only attaches to the costume - you can't use it separately. So if he wants to wear it he has to put...

3.0 out of 5 stars Son loved it but fell apart almost immediately
My son loves to dress up as robin as his older brother was batman! Within a day he had a huge hole in the knee (the material is kind of a felt) the velcro for the eye mask fell off. The cost is not super cheap so I expected a little more durability but this will have to go in the trash once we're done playing with it.

It wasn't a problem for Halloween, but he wants to use it for dress-up and he can do it by himself. The second is that the cape only attaches to the costume - you can't use it separately. So if he wants to wear it he has to put the whole costume on which he can't do on his own. I might attach some elastic for him.

This costume was a total waste of money. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality material. Live and learn. Never order a costume off the Internet.

For Halloween this year my 7 year old decided he wanted to be Batman and his younger brother be Robin. Needless to say it was adorable and perfect. The costume is very thin and probably wouldn't hold up for daily "dress-up" play types of use but the cape attaches via velcro on each side of the neck, my son wouldn't wear the mask but it was adorable and perfect for Halloween.

This costume made it through halloween, but it wasn't particularly durable or well made. The mask was very ill-fitting and the belt was crooked.

I bought this for my 2 year old for Halloween. He loved it and looked very cute on. It was made of very cheap material and started falling apart instantly. The mask unraveled the first time he tried to wear it. I bought this on sale for $10. For that price, I didn't mind sewing it. I would not pay over $10 for this if you don't want to have to fix seams and tears.

I bought this costume for my 18month old who weighs 28lbs. It fit him perfectly!!! He loves the costume and the mask and did not want to take it off. I cant wait to see him with his sister (bat girl) and his brother (batman) for Halloween. Would highly recommend this costume.

The quality is really poor. We ordered the same costume in batman and it's falling apart after two try ons so it's not going to make it past Halloween for dress up play like I'd hoped. Also this robin costume's mask has eyes cut out for an adult so we'll have to cut the eye holes for my son to see through it. The seams The sizing is also confusing. The tag reads 2T to 4T for 1 to 2 year olds. Confusing. Turns out the 2T to 4T is really 12 to 24months. It fits my 20month old must a little on the big size, and he's around size 18month. Poor quality and runs really small if you go by the 2T 4T sizing label. If you go by the age on the label, you should be okay.

We got this for our 1 year old son to be a companion to his Batman older brother. The costume is very cheap looking in person, the material isn't very good quality and the sizing is way off. Our son is huge for his age (95th percentile for both height and weight) and this was HUGE on him. The mask is horrible, and I'm assuming the makers didn't put much thought into its design or construction. The straps are VERY short and wouldn't even fit around our son's head. The velcro to hold the straps shut is very small so even if it would have fit around his head it wouldn't have stayed closed. I ended up just improvising and making a mask with washable marker. Since he's only going to wear it once and we got it on sale for a good price I wasn't too upset about the shoddy materials/construction, but if you're buying this for a bigger kid who will want to play dress up over and over I would advise against choosing this costume.
