and who would have thought ... she loves it. My wife and I do Yoga, but now also our daughter. This was a very well thought of gift - very much can recommend it.

I bought the KidYogi and this one ... TeenYogi. Both are great. The TeenYogi is for my sun and he loves it. It helps him to calm down and refocus on what he wants to do. I do Yoga myself and am very happy that he is discovering it now as well. Can very much recommend this title ... very, very well done - great DVD.

This is the first Yoga DVD for Teenagers I know so far and it is absolutely excellent, fantastic, brilliant!!! I can highly recommend it. A very balanced and good workout. Great music and look. The Yoga class is very enjoyable. Highly recommend it!
