While I always liked Leos Ninja-like style, Raphaels anger made him most human-like for me. I never knew which one I like most, they have both cool sides and together they are best.
So those were the first two toys I bought, followed by Don. Unfortunately the Raph figure is not as good as the other turtles.
The first point is his colour, it's way to bright, a bit darker green would have looked more like the tv version and would have more fit in with his character.
Second are his sais. Why does Playmates continue in giving Raph the wrong sais? The toy has sais looking like short sworts, while the tv and comic Raph has sai-forks, which he can put through his fingers. ToyBiz's Marvel legends Electra has those forks.
Third is his belt. They should have made the places for the sais at his belly, not under his arms. You can't really put them in there.
But after all the figure is still cool. The modeling is much better then the old one's, the paint job is good and the face has a real good expression.
So I give 4 stars, but it could have been five.

GUESS WHAT GUYS? TMNT ARE BACK!!! THESE TOYS ARE THE BEST. better than the old ones. i highly recommend these toys to any tmnt fan, but i prefer the small ones better because they come with more accesories than the big ones and are more articulated.

I guess you can't keep a good franchise down. This figure is great in the following ways: it's sculpting and paint scheme make it look amazing and the material it is made out of is pretty flexible so it can withstand abuse pretty well. This figure does have small parts and comes with a string and hook so that the figure can glide down so I'd keep this away from small children. The biggest failure of the figure is its stance. It's not very posable in the leg area (the arms have 4 points of possablility each while each leg has one) so it might be frustrating to kids to try and stand this up or put him in a vehicle. Like any toy I'd buy for my children, I'd go see it for myself first before getting it so go check this out in your nearest toy outlet.
