This review is from: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 25th Anniversary Action Figure Slash (Toy)
this is a good toy. slash is definitely a favorite villain of the Turtles, as he is somehow their peer despite any ninja training. his mutation from beebops' pet snapping turtle to full blown ninja is a bit puzzling.
slightly more puzzling however, is his selection in the turtles 25th anniversery collection. as far as i know, the figures that made this 25th anniversary collection are as follows: April O Neal, Splinter, Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello for heros and for villains it was Beebop, Rocksteady, Shredder, Foot Soldier and Slash. Im not sure if Slash was part of the original series 1, but it seems that Krang is missing from this series. the original series had Krang in his robotic bi-ped pedastel with a protective bubble over Krang and some add-on weapons. However, this figure has not been re-released as part of the 25th anniversary collection with Slash instead taking its place. Don't get me wrong, I love the Slash figure. But Krang is a pivotal character...wouldnt have minded so much if April had been left out for Usagi Yojimbo.... in any case. this is a great toy. glad to see the re-release.

Bought for my boyfriend. He really loves it. Brings him back to his childhood. A good buy for a fan.
