5.0 out of 5 stars Loads of Halloween Reading Fun!
This book is one my own children would have adored when they were young. Ms. Winters weaves a story that draws the child into her world and keeps them spellbound. A must have for Halloween for your pre-school or early grades elementary school child.

3.0 out of 5 stars Painful to read, but my kids enjoyed it.
I agree, it was pretty tiresome saying "teeny tiny" over and over again. My kids (ages 3 and 6) enjoyed the book, though, much to my chagrin, so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

1.0 out of 5 stars repetition at it's worse, April 13, 2009
By

This book angers me so bad I start cussing by the time I get to the 4th page. How many times and to what service does including the words "teeny tiny" have to be in the book?. It's in every sentence, in English class as a young man I was taught that you mix up your nouns from time to time and you don't restate your adjectives unless it's vital. Well the author of this book thinks that saying "teeny tiny" everything 10 times a page adds some type of value to a book about ghost. I try to skip the teeny tiny when I read this book now , I was catching myslef calling the teeny tiny ghost the "goddamn motherf***in ghost" to my 3 year old because the repetition was so irritable. (this is true and I am very embarrased, you read this book everyday for a week and we'll see what you think of the repetition)
