Product Description

Size: 1-Pack

The Teethifier, the advanced back teeth teether, is specially engineered to comfortably reach rear molars and gently massage sore gums. Unlike current toy shaped teethers, The Teethifier's familiar pacifier appearance allows infants to instantly recognize it as an oral device and not a hand held toy. These advantages make The Teethifier the premiere teether on the market today.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for any teething child, May 11, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My kids have never been pacifier kids and they didn't take to any normal teethers. We found vibrating star teethers that they liked but that only worked for the front teeth. When my son was teething and cutting his molars nothing seemed to reach the right part of his gums. My daughter took teething a lot harder. So when she started cutting molars I really needed to find a better teether for the back gums.

I was shopping on amazon for various other things when I came across this very different looking teether. I was a little leary of it because it looks so much like a pacifier and I didn't want the kids to decide they wanted a pacifier after getting them past a year old barely ever using a pacifier. I decided to try it anyways. My kids are 1 and a half and 2 and a half years old(younger of the 2 is my daughter). They love these teethers. They seem to be very sturdy and not likely to break up or crack like some similar looking types of rubber might.

They don't seem to be overusing the teether but everytime they find it mixed with their toys they put in their mouth. A couple times my daughter was crying and chewing on this seemed help ease her pain a little. A couple other times it calmed her down until I could get her some tylenol or orajel. My son just likes it because he sees my daughter with it. He has a couple more teeth to cut so I hope this will help when those start coming through. So far it seems durable enough even for him.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great Concept- Didn't Work For Us, November 17, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I thought this would be the greatest teether for my son who is a total pacifier addict, but sadly he just has no interest in it! I keep offering it as an option for those stubborn back teeth, but he just throws it aside. I think it is a great option to try though if your child is in need of a teether for back teeth. Give it a try! Even though it didn't work for us, doesn't mean it won't work for you.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great...until they break., September 12, 2010

This review is from: The Teethifier II (Baby Product)
Works great, my 2.5+ year old has gnawed on them profusely to get at those back molars coming in. But we're on our fourth?! And these things are not cheap. Why? Because they break. She keeps working tears into them with her teeth, then we have to toss them.

Sure wish there was a better option out there.
