I absolutely love this tea. I tried Rooibos Green tea in South Africa for the first time. I've drunk regular Rooibos my whole life and I didn't know there was a green equivalent. When I got back to the states and my stash ran out, I started looking on Amazon to see what was available. I actually really like this brand and I enjoy the taste. I haven't tried the "republic of tea" version that the previous reviewer mentioned, so I can't compare, but I find it pleasant an subtle. It doesn't take like green tea to me, and seems like a lighter more subtle version of rooibos.

I used to drink Rooibos with milk and sugar and for health reasons I don't consume either of those ingredients anymore. I drink the green rooibos plain and it's wonderful. I go through a box pretty quickly so I don't know that I could comment on it not staying fresh, but I'd recommend a metal tin or airtight container if you want to store it for a while.

This is not my favorite brand for green rooibos tea. I was disappointed in the taste. Other brands, such as The Republic of Tea, sell a much better tasting one. Once you open the packs, you must find a way to keep them fresh. I put them in an empty metal container that has a tight lid. I would never buy this brand again.
