SUPERB My friends! (:D), December 21, 2002
This review is from: Tekken Tag Tournament (Audio CD)
Both the lovers of the game and great music, especially piano themes, will celebrate with hearing the great tunes of stages like Ogre! Xiaoyu! Moreover, lest we forget, the opener! It's full of spectacular pieces that will immerse you in immeasurable electronica, semi-techno symphony pleasure that on no account will become old whatsoever! From a fan of the game perspective, it's superb to know when or if the game becomes one the "It's in the ol' closet " game, you still have the great memories enclosed in this great soundtrack. From a piano techno music loving fan, again, highly impressive! So to recap, over all from any logical standpoint......The CD is a capital Grand!

Do NOT overlook this album! Amazing., March 5, 2007
This review is from: Tekken Tag Tournament (Audio CD)
Until Tekken 5 came along, this was the only really good Tekken soundtrack. It may yet still be the best. Almost every song is amazing here, and the style is somewhat bizarre and highly original. But it all flows great. It makes you want to dance! (Or ...fight?)
Yoshimitsu Stage, School Stage, Paul Phoenix Stage, King Vs. U, Forest Law Stage, and Lei Vs. Tohyama are my reccomentdations.
If you want some of the most truly bizarre and BEST techno/fight songs around you need the Tekken Tag Tournament OST.

This is a superb soundtrack, but it is one of two and quite frankly, the weaker of two. It's number two is THE ARCADE VERSION of itself. The game music is disjointed and choppy, but the arcade music flows like blood, this one flows more like puss. Before you buy this know the difference. I bought it back when it was $3.00 (sellers...shame on you) and I was expecting tracks I heard on [...], unknown to me those were the arcade versions. Boy, was I peeved when a soundtrack showed up sounding completely different. Still good, but notably the King and The Unknown's theme on the arcade version are singularly the best video game tracks I've ever heard, not including the classics, lol, but those tracks changed me after listening to them. Both can be sampled on [...]. I suggest you do so before paying the big bucks here.
