I have several of the new, lightweight rim planters. At first I was wary of buying these items. They are so light and have the texture of a smooth foam. I was worried that such a product would scratch and nick easily. But I was wrong. The planters look just the same as my adobe planters - they look great! And they are much more durable than I had originally thought they would be. I often move my lawn furniture around and now I have the simple option of also moving my planters along with my furniture - and I don't even have to call on a neighbor or friend to help me out.
