This product and vendor worked out great for us! We have a 16' Lowe (aluminum bass type boat) with a center manual steering. Everywhere I called wanted twice the price and had to order it. It took 8 days from ordering to delivery, and was a brand new packaged/sealed complete product. 10 minutes to replace and off we went! Thanks!

Instructions were ok, but viewed a few youtube videos on changing a steering cable before attempting it myself. Once I started the project, took only 2 hours start to finish, with minimal tools. Much easier than expected. Hardest part was removing the steering wheel (solved by pulling hard while hitting the center with a hammer). Fortunately for me, I did not have to remove/lift my outboard for installation. Once installed and tested on the water, I could not believe how much easier my boat was able to steer. Would recommend this product.

The steering system went on a new build. It was pretty straight forward with templates to help cut out holes. Went in pretty quick, had it all done in about an hour. no feedback. thats nice.

The product arrived in the predicted time. The quality was good. The instructions were simple. I saved alot of money by ordering and doing the work myself. I will definitely use Amazon again.
