About the Author

Tony Wilkins is a veteran of the telemarketing industry and has been helping firms solve their telemarketing problems for over 25 years. His first firm, Telecorp Telemarketing performed basic appointment setting services but later expanded into lead generation and customer service. After moving to the Bay area in 1992, Tony reformed his firm under the new name Telemarketing Consulting Services (or TCS) and began offering workshops and training services to executives wanting to learn to improve their telemarketing skills. Mr. Wilkins is a student of the "smile and dial" telemarketing era believing in following up on every lead until he gets the desired result. Tony currently resides in San Francisco and spends his time writing, day trading and real estate investing.

This is such a fast read with so much information. Mr. Wilkins is definitly well versed in telemarketing. I highly recommmend this book to any small firm that wants good intelligent advice on this topic.
