This review is from: 4 Telescoping Airtight Travel Tubes Humidor for Cigars (Kitchen)
I ordered 26 for Burning Man... why?
I order 4 last year and lost/gave away 1-2... I can toss them in my bag and not worry about damage or humidity... They seal airtight.... My travel Humidor stays at the girlfriends and I use these.. So i'm out of cigars and camping I found one case in my car .... and i'll be damned... it must have been 60-64% humid 5-6 months later in california sun no less... completely smokable... I was able to annoy lots of hippies and even use it to lure one away... don't believe it when they complain... and the one that complains the most is your target.

Great for smaller ring sizes (52 and below),

Though the purpose of this review is to warn potential buyers, let me say that this is a VERY nice product. Being a vegetarian cigar smoker, I was overjoyed to find a non-leather method of transporting a stick or two without using a cumbersome and tedious herf-a-dor-type case. I can toss a tube in my pocket or in the wife's purse without worrying about lugging a big case into the pub or cafe.
If you have a variety of sticks in your humidor/collection, don't expect these tubes to work for all of them. The larger ring sizes will either not fit or be INCREDIBLY snug. 52 seems to be about the largest ring size that fits well. 54 is quite tight. While this is a positive thing in the sense that your cigar won't be bouncing around, it's also a negative considering that your cigar will be all but impossible to remove should you push it completely into the tube. I recommend pushing those only halfway into the tube. The caps of the tubes are deep themselves which allow for the telescoping feature. The diameter is the only reason I docked a star from this review. If Amazon allowed it, I would only dock 1/2 star. The length of these tubes is also very nice. The only cigar in my stock that will not fit (due to length) is the Mark Twain #1. The telescoping feature makes it nice so that you can store a corona cigar and not take up the pocket space of a Churchill. These are completely air-tight. I tested the tube with a cheaper stick (Cigar.com House Blend). I submerged it in water and held it there for a few seconds, pulled out the tube, and then the stick. Worked like a champ. The price outweighs the concern of larger ring sizes. A GREAT buy.

These little guys are really handy for going places. I can take 1 cigar without fear that it's going to get broken, crushed, etc. They are also nice to share with friends...if you don't get it back it's not the end of the world. They appear to be airtight though I wouldn't shower with them or anything.
