This ladder is a clever design. It was fairly easy to use and to carry around. I did have to return it though. The claim is that this ladder functions as a 12-foot extension ladder. That is incorrect. The ladder only extends to 8 1/2 feet. You may be able to reach something 12 feet high when standing on this ladder, but don't expect to be able to lean this ladder against anything 12 feet high like you can with a traditional 12 foot extension ladder.

I purchased this ladder thru Amazon. I Had it for 2 weeks and the ladder would not fold down completely. I contact Telestep to informed them of the problem and they would not replace or care about the problem because it was not purchase thru them. They don't stand behind their product and doesn't really care if there is an issue with it. You will not get an service from them if you buy this product.

I saw the single review which said it could not be used as a 12 foot extension ladder...either he bought the wrong model or never read the instructions which are on line at [...]. I own this model and love it. Shop around for the best price.
