We purchased this thermometer at the recommendation of our doctor's office.
We love how quick, easy, and accurate it is. We don't even have to wake up our son to get the reading. Just a simple scan of the forehead and presto! The best feature of this unit is its ability to display in both Centigrade and Fahrenheit. We are used to using the Centigrade scale at home, and our doctor uses Fahrenheit, so it's great to easily convert between the two. I would recommend this unit to anyone and thank for [...]

This is the very worst thermometer that I have EVER used in my life! It is inaccurate no matter what you do. It changes back and forth from F to C on it's own! It is an awful product!

Cheaply made, this thermometer always shifts over to Celsius scale from Fahrenheit. The manufacturer knows it does this and actually wrote in the instructions that if we customers didn't like that, we should learn metric measurement. I bought this to take temperatures with quickly and legibly, not to get a lesson in temperature conversion. No backlight and very difficult to read except under bright light. Short battery life (6 months). I have bought another thermometer and am much happier. This isn't a very good product at all.
