4.0 out of 5 stars A very entertaining story, well produced, and well read, August 15, 2011
Francis Henry Durbridge (1912-1998) was a British playwright and author, who is remembered for his many radio plays. Among his creations was Paul Temple, an author of crime fiction who has a talent for solving real crimes. In this story, Paul Temple find himself swept up into a solving a series of bank robberies. It quickly becomes apparent that there is a very smart new leader of the gang, and only Temple figure out just who that is.

This is quite a good radio play. It's not an original production from the middle of the 20th century, but a 2007 remake, with all of the parts read by Anthony Head (who you may know from Doctor Who, Monarch of the Glen, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or a host of other performances). I found it to be a very entertaining story, well produced, and well read. It's definitely worth the money!
