Great Stuff,
By
This review is from: The Temple of Solomon (Paperback)
If everything about the Old Testament is about Jesus then Kevin Conner proves there is no end to the revelations of Jesus found in the temple of Solomon. There is alot of good stuff in this book and it brings light to some of those obscure New Testament scriptures.

Exceeeeeeeelant,
This review is from: The Temple of Solomon (Paperback)
This book is, if not the best, one of the best study tools that I have ever used. I am attaining my Masters degree in hermunetics, and I have never read a book as in dept, besides the Bible, as this book.

An illuminating book,

This is a very good book that helped me in many ways. It's a very good book for preachers and teachers. It's amazing how much symbolism is in the Temple of Solomon. I wish I was able to see what it had looked like, cause it had to be awesome. But there's a better Temple to see of Jesus and the Church. This book can really help you receive illumination of his Word for the Church... Now, I need to go read about the Tabernacle of Moses, which I should've done first.

I used this book in preparation for a college credit course in theology offered at Church. The information is well researched. The author has a very interesting presentation and it is a very easy read for a "text" book. Read and enjoy!

Concise, yet deep,

This review is from: The Temple of Solomon (Paperback)
Often styled in an outline format, this commentary is accessible to the reader while providing a depth rarely approached in most studies. Conner reaches into the typology of the New Testament and brings it to life with modern and future implications as well as past reflections. Truly aids in seeing the progressive revelation of the plan of God. Excellent resource.

I think one must have this book. It is absolutely fascinating.
This is the third of a series of three books. I have all three of them. It does drag in some places talking about the importance of numbers in the bible but that is more than made up for if one puts their thinking cap on...and this book will deffinately make you think! |
