This is it. Can't cook some things without it. However, a little goes a loooog way. My trick to not get too much is this: pour a small amount into a spoon, and then pour it back in the bottle. What remains stuck to the spoon is just right.

Dave's Temporary Insanity Sauce is the best hot sauce we've ever tasted. The Insanity Sauce is actually a little bit better, but it's just toooooooooooooooo hot!! We like two or three other Chinese hot sauces also, like the Sriracha, etc., but this is our favorite.
