Enjoyable Enough,
By Malaika Tamu "Sweet n' Sassy" (New Jersey) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tempted to Touch (Paperback)
Tempted to Touch is only the second book I've read by Ms. Shaw....and it's definitely more PLEASANT than the first book I read by this author...it's an INTERESTING romance with a mixture of mystery and LOADS of drama...a few HOT & SENSUAL encounters between Renee and Trent...and even though I find the storyline a bit slow at times...it's still an ENJOYABLE enough read.

A Good Read,
This review is from: Tempted to Touch (Paperback)
Renee Goodchild thinks she is on her way to meet a new client for a design job. Little does she know, she has been the victim of identity theft, and her new client is the cousin of the guy that the fake Renee is trying to hustle. When Trent Skinner meets Renee, he can't believe that she is the woman trying to extort money from his cousin. After spending time with her, Trent finds himself more and more attracted to Renee. Once the truth is uncovered, can Trent and Renee see their way through all of the dishonesty, lying, and cheating?
Tempted to Touch is a good read by Sophia Shaw. There is mystery, drama, action, and romance all in this one story. The characters and plots are very well developed, but there are times when the storyline seemed to lag. However, Shaw does a good job of bringing it back together. Tempted to Touch has something for everyone. Reviewed by Tenecia for Urban Reviews

Kinda dull,
By Keisha "Keisha" (NEW YORK United States) - See all my reviews

This book was kinda of dull and kind of boring. Certain scenes were very predictable. The sex scenes were rather drab. I recommend borrowing this from a library or a friend. Not really exciting.

This story was good from the first page to the last. Renee Goodchild is a interior designer who gets caught up in dangerous situation by her childhood friend. Angela uses Renee's name in some extortion scams and causes her to be caught in the middle of a dangerous game. Trent Skinner hires her under the pretense of her skills but also to seduce and get her to stop blackmailing his married cousin. When the truth comes out that she is not the blackmailer, he has already fallen for her and he too is caught in the middle. The ending of this story is amazing too. Great story. Kept me on the edge of the sofa while reading it.
