Book Description

Desire January 6, 2005

The last time he'd seen Emily Warner, she was crawling out of his bed, and then out of his life. Six months later, Mitch Goodwin luckily ran into lovely Emily and begged her to resume her job as his son's nanny. But he also had a question that had baffled him for far too long: what, exactly, happened that night...?

Seeing Mitch and his little boy again reminded Emily how it felt to want what she couldn't have. But resisting the sexy single dad when it came to the welfare of his son was impossible. Now, as Emily tried to ignore thoughts of what could have—what should have—happened that night, there was only one solution: see if the fantasy lived up to the reality....

3.0 out of 5 stars What Should Have Been, September 23, 2005
A regular daddy in love with nanny tale? Not on your life. Bronwyn Jameson, a wonder from Down Under has created a cute, fun, endearing tale of cultural clashes and missed chances. Definitely worth a read!

Emily Warner was Mitch Goodwin's son's nanny. Joshua loved Emily, and Mitch did as well. He just never knew how much until he lost her. His last memory of the lovely nanny was her crawling out of bed with him, trouble is, he doesn't remember what led her to be there in the first place.

He's back in town and has discovered that Emily is working in a bar. It horrifies him to think of his Emily working in a tavern. Joshua misses her. He needs her. How can he get her back?

She's tried to forget her foolish fantasies and adolescent dreams of Mitch. She's still horrified that she actually crawled in bed with him. Forever will she remember his expression when he discovered her there. She thought she'd die! But she does love them both, from the bottom of her soul.

Reunited they cannot stop the powers of attraction. What should have been blossoms into what should be.
