Thus far, I fail to see the correlation between The Ten Commandments and these Ten Challenges that Dr. Felder has devised.
What I perceive is little more than Dr. Felder's personal interpretations of The Commandments. I bought this book because it is required reading for the seminary classes that I am taking. Otherwise, I would never have purchased it.

I am enjoying this book it is a little too intense for me so I have to put it down from time to time...I choose to read this book so I can't say I don't like the religion factor sometimes I perceive it as being shoved down my throat .... but the main theme is good...I will finish reading it soon....

This little gem gave me a whole new perspective on the Ten Commandments, or, as the author calls them, "The Ten Words".It takes the "Thou Shalt Nots" and adds the other half, the "Thou Shalts". It shows the reader how scripture not only says "don't do this", but gives us guidance on the more important other side of the matter, "do this instead". This is also a book that can be read and put into practice by people of all spiritual walks and paths. Highly recommended to any searcher looking for the full meaning of these spiritual principles.
