Great Series
Every business owner should see this series. Tabatha is absolutely accurate, fair, straightforward and generous with her willingness to help failing salons. Fun to watch and fascinating how she zeros in on exactly what the problems are. So much to learn from how she fixes things. Priceless advice from a successful businesswoman.

I cannot believe that these two idiots ( husband and wife featured in this episode) run a buiness of ANY kind.

I agree that every business owner should see this series. Some of the things Tabitha points out are so obvious but I see the same mistakes in many businesses, not just hair stylists. I am not sure how long the series will last because there is no manufactured drama in it. It is too honest for its own good. I hope it will be around for a while and will define a new type of reality tv, not the drama junk, but honest tv.
