No Benefit over other lotions I had on hand,

You have to massage each foot for five minutes after applying this lotion! As a test, I used other lotions I had and massaged each foot for five minutes each and I did not notice any difference. I think the massaging pumps up the circulation in my feet regardless of what lotion is being used. I purchased this after seeing it on The Doctors Show.

I did notice the warming effect, for a few hours. However, you have to massage each foot for five minutes each, with each application. I wish I could get someone to do it for me:-) I must be lazy, because I would rather have cold feet than to to spend that much time every day massaging my feet with this cream. I don't blame the cream for this, but if you aren't willing to spend 20 minutes daily (morning, night 5 minutes per foot)don't bother. If you've got the time and ambition, give this cream a try.

I might notice some benefit,

Never knew anything like this was available. I saw it was free after rebate at Walgreens so i decided to take a chance for $10 or just tax if the rebate comes like it should. (It was regular $19.99, on sale for $10 with a $10 rebate via walgreens)First off, I am not diabetic but I have had historically cold hands & feet. I am in my upper 40s. Dad had all kinds of heart problems as well as Peripheral neuropathy and RLS. Ive so far just got the RLS & cold hands & feet. Ive tried it for a week or so now. Not 5 minutes of rubbing but usually twice a day but I think i have noticed some improvement. (Could be the wishful thinking effect) I read the study and it seemed pretty clear it was effective for the test group. But didnt mention non-diabetics or hands. I can promise you, Im not spending 10 minutes a day rubbing my feet. I might spend a minute per foot per day. Worst case: My dried heals will look a bit better but my cold hands & feet will remain. Its diffcult to tell right now because its 32 degrees tonight but will be 77 2 days from now. Not consistently cold weather yet. The lotion is not really easy to apply. Its like someone took cheap lotion and dumped a bunch of powdered Arginine in it.(which is what it is) The result is a lotion thats not really smooth. So, one wonders, why pay their prices ? Buy some powder & mix it with lotion on your own ? Sure, the solution is supposed to be 12.5%. So what if we get too much, will we need less of it ?

My cold hands and feet come from the medications I take. My Doctor recommended "L-Arginine" which is the main ingredient of this product and after 3 weeks it is working great. Must follow the directions; twice a day for seven days then only once a day; each foot for 5 minutes. It is a bit tedious but worth the work if you want the results. Extra benefit is that I use both hands to massage each foot and my hands, are no longer cold either. I ordered two of the 4 oz tubes which entitled me to free shipping & they were cheaper than the Tender Corp. offer, which included a $2 off for the first order, or my local Wal-Mart. Now that I know it works I will subscribe to it with Amazon and get it even cheaper. MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, if you want the results!

I have used this for a while. I usually put socks on after the cream before I go to bed. Seems to keep my feet warm.

Healthifeet is very good to relieve pain the feet -- especially if you have Peripheral Neuropathy. I apply it once a day on both feet as instructed. And .. I plan to order additional tubes of this product. It is certainly worth a try to anyone with foot problems.

Worse than useless. Wish I could give it Zero stars,
This review is from: Tender Corporation Healthifeet 4-Ounce Warming foot cream, 4-Ounce Box (Health and Beauty)
This stuff is garbage. The only kind of "warm feeling" that you might get is the chemical burn you're getting from the Capsicum and Hydrochloric Acid that's in it.
My skin was red and dried out for about a week while it healed. |
