Format: Paperback
Living in the same county as the author, I've seen and admired how this woman 'walks her talk', and ever so clearly and gently. My initial response was 'judging a book' by how slim & simplistic it 'seemed'. Wrong! A short 'read', and the whole wonderful concept exploded in my mind. The ideas found in her writing keep growing in my 'soul's garden', and feels like JOY !

Yes, Folks, 'we' CAN do many things, simple ones, by how we think and act. I find myself employing her concepts in my daily life. It's actually EASY. 'Doesn't 'cost' you anything, other than a few thoughts--it's changed my Perspective, and perspective is where the growing, healing action is. I finished the book thinking: "Wow. I really CAN help and be a positive influence in this world, right where I live and right now!" 'Tending the Soul's Garden...' puts a smile on my face that was not there before I read it.

As a writer by profession, I give Denise Rushing 5 Stars for being able to 'catch the concept' and getting it into book form so that thousands of people CAN 'start gardening', and reap the guaranteed Harvest.
