The product would not charge when it arrived. Called the company and after dealing with a few people finally talked with someone willing to take one off the shelf and find out the problem. It turned out that they sell the product so undercharged that the universal charger that is recommended with it won't even recognize it. So, you have to charge it first with another charger first.
