I was a little reluctant due to the range in reviews. I went ahead and bought this set anyway. I am using these batteries for my nikon sb200 flashes. I had a little trouble after the first charge. I had a voltage meter and they were holding too much power and the flashes wouldn't work. However, after I was able to discharge the batteries they started working well. I have a flashlight that uses the same batteries so i used it to discharge the batteries. Now i'm having no problems at all. These batteries just need to be charged and discharged a few times to work well. I have saved a lot of money and batteries in the land fill. I will be buying more of these in the future.

I have total of 4 of these and they all work very good. I use them in a Olight T10 flashlight and they are wonderful at giving output of 3.7v when charged for ~ 1.5 hours of full power use. Recharge time is very short when using the tenergy charger that you get with the kit. Simply put they work like expected without too many issues.

I have both the green label and blue label Tenergy cells and they have provided good service so far. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I don't have quite the confidence in Tenergy yet compared to Panasonic Orbtronic, Nitecore, or Voidhawk, but I believe Tenergy offers excellent value for the price. The question is, what is the difference between the blue and green labeled ones? After reading the product description there are three differences. The first is that the green are rated for 2000 recharge cycles and the blue are only 1000. This is a bit odd, because if you check the prices the blue are actually more expensive. The second is that these are rated at 900 mAh vs. 750 mAh. Finally, the green are LiFePO4 batteries which contain a non-flammable electrolyte and is considered the safest of the three main lithium ion chemistries out there. If you recharge once a week that's 19.2 years for the 1000 cycle blue ones and twice that for the green ones. By that time who knows what battery technology will be like.

I rated this four stars because the product is what it is defined to be. For some reason though, the RCR123A's I have for my electronic cigarette are just a tad shorter than these, as well, the ones I have that do work, have a small dimple in the bottom of them allowing more space for the spring on my electronic cigarette. These are a tad taller and the bottom is completely flush and flat, making them too tall for my Puresmoker e-cig. The reason I took off the star was due to that and the fact that when I bought these, they said they were available. Shortly after I made the purchase, I received an email stating that they were unavailable and wouldn't be available for almost 3 weeks. Now I did have the choice to cancel the order, but I decided to wait. After that, I never received any response from the seller in regards to the change in their status of their availability or that they had already shipped my product. I had to contact them for a status. So due to it not working with my e-cig even though they are supposedly the same battery, them not being available when it said they were and the poor follow up communication from the seller, I removed a star. Otherwise, these will probably work great with any other device using these types of batteries. They were even already charged on arrival!

As expected, they don't last as long as non-rechargeable battery's. When they get low they just shut off due to a low voltage cutoff switch and they wont take a charge until they are below a set voltage. Other then that, I have had no problems with them.

Update: Do no buy for use in a flashlight. The light will be fine one min, then none the next. Because of the low voltage switch inside the battery's, once it gets down to a pre set voltage, they just shut off. A half dead flashlight is better then none.

I purchased the 10 pack of these and was unsatisfied. It appears that the protection circuit is too sensitive, while using them in a Nitecore SRT-3 they would 'cut out' when the flashlight was on high. When I attempted to charge them the protection circuit would also 'cut out' within a few seconds and the charger ( nitecore D4 ) would recycle and attempt to charge again. I was only able to charge them by using the 'Low' charge rate ( 150 mA ) which took *forever*.

Haven't had much luck with these, they don't hold a charge for very long. Even using a couple high-quality chargers. Fortunately the lights I have will take 18650 batteries as well, they hold a charge "forever". The RCR123A's I have will be set aside, gathering dust... About all these are good for.

I tried two sets from the package of ten. I tried using them and then recharging them multiple times as one comment suggested. The result was always the same.

All other rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries worked fine in the same flashlight.
