There's nothing else like this - surveys of actual Civil War veterans, in their own words, complete with misspellings. Most are rather terse, but some go into some detail of their experiences. If you want personal stories, this is where to get them.

I ordered this first from 'internationalbooks', who cancelled my order without explanation and then relisted it at a higher price. I reported them to Amazon, but as of this writing, they're still listing it - avoid at all costs, this retailer is not reliable or honest.
