I just received a Google alert "Cheap Tennessee Williams Review" that led to this site. Since the publication is not discounted (that I can see), I was shocked that anyone or any computer would associate the word "cheap" with Mr. Tennessee Williams or this excellent review!
I am not only familiar with the publication, but many of the scholars who write for it are personal and/or professional friends. Additionally, I know the Historic New Orleans Collection, and it is an organization of the highest integrity. My qualification to pass judgment is that I was Tennessee Williams' personal assistant (1981-1982), so I know well what I type about here. Without any reservation whatsoever, I wholeheartedly recommend the TENNESSEE WILLIAMS REVIEW to anyone who cares to know something of greater than usual depth about my former employer and friend. If you are of the type mind that appreciates the highest scholarship, please subscribe today.
