The Tennex shock watch is good for preventing tennis elbow. I wore the Tennex years ago when I had a sore elbow from overuse at tennis. After about 12 months one of the strap lugs broke (maybe a manufacturing fault or I may have put undue pressure on it while it was in my tennis bag). Anyhow, I couldn't find another one locally, and had given up on getting another one until I chanced upon one in the amazon store while searching for something else. The price is reasonable considering the freight costs to Australia.

The Tennex Elbow Shock watch, by far, is the best tennis elbow preventative product I have used. I play a lot of tennis and was introduced to this by a team member on our tennis team and now everyone on the team has one. People also ask me 'what type of watch is that' and so we get into 'selling' the features and benefits of this item. Thanks Tennex for a great product.

The Tennex Elbow Shock Watch may look odd, but don't let they detour you if you're having difficulties with tennis elbow. This product absolutely works, as a matter of fact it exceeded my expectations exponentially. The severe pain that I was having in my elbow is completely gone and after about a year of wearing the device every time on the courts; I can honestly say that I don't even have to wear it anymore, but I do at least 50% of the time just as a precautionary measure. In no way does the device inhibit movement or range of motion. If you are looking for an extremely effective treatment for tennis elbow--look no further....!

I was skeptical that this thing would work, but after hearing other tennis players in the area are using it I gave it a try. The pain in my elbow is gone. I won't play without it.
