5.0 out of 5 stars tennis 2000 a fantastic video set, June 13, 2000

I have been teaching tennis at a private club in Southern California for fifteen years. One of my students brought in the video for me to watch, so I don't own it yet,but I will soon.It is probably the best tennis video I have ever seen, lots of slow motion shots of some of the best tennis players in the world, which is exactly what everyone learning the game should try to copy.My two year old daughter watched some of it with me and afterwords swung here arm as if she were hitting a perfect forehand. I was impressed, and happy to see that at age two she was learning through visualization.Anyway it's a great video.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tennis 2000, March 20, 2001

I found this video useful but the title is somewhat misleading. The videos are dated 1992. If you like the strokes of Steffi Graf, Boris Becker, Ivan Lendl and the like, you will like this video. If you are looking for something more contemporary, keep looking.

1.0 out of 5 stars waste of money, December 11, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Tennis 2000 Collection [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The audio quality of this collection of tapes is horrible. You can get no information from the tapes. The tapes (at least the one I listened partially to) start with very loud distorted music. When the music faded, the instructional voice is no better. I, maybe, could pick out only every thrid word. I am very surprised Amazon is selling this product. The tapes do not even begin to satisfy an implied warranty of merchantability, that is, the ordinary use for which they are intended. Whatever the instructional quality of the content of the tapes, they are useless because of the technical quality.
