If you are one of the many thousands of amateur tennis players who enjoys competition, you will want to read this book! Distinct in its kind, The Tennis Tournament Handbook introduces
players to the local tournament scene, gives great tips about preparations for play, protocol at tournaments, and, generally, how to "get around" that world. The book is saavy, informal, and lively. It is particularly excellent in its advice about how to reduce stress and maximize performance. As I said, this is a one-of-a-kind tennis book!

Do you want to improve your tennis skills? Kilmer explains in The Tennis Tournament Handbook that participating in local tournaments is a tool that many competitive players often overlook. This book is a valuable resource whether you are a novice player who has never played in a tournament or a tournament veteran. The book is not only fun to read but will help you develop and follow a winning game plan for every stage of the tournament.
