This is Volume TWO of a Three series collection of Magical passes. The three practitioners who guide you through the movements are Kylie, Nyei, and Reni.Magical Passes are movments the body makes to reclaim and distribute energy to the centers of vitality within the luminouse sphere-the sum total of who we are,-energetically. These movements have been held secret for thousands of years by the Seers, Men of Knowledge of ancient Mexico and only recently have been distributed to ordinary men and women who deem necessary their purpose to seek what those ancient Seers called the Energy Body-'Our other self'. Total info, pick up a copy of 'Magical Passes' by Carlos Castaneda. I gave this Volume 5 stars because after using it regularly I have felt like I have never before. I feel good, gave up bad habits, full of healthy inspiration, my body is more aware, my dreams more vivid, my purpose is surfacing. I came to realize through the passes, the body becomes fluid and strong. I practice all three series, but 2 is my favorite. I also perform them before every workout and before and after my day job. I definitely recommend this to anyone with a soul. hahaha Give up those crappy worthless habits and go Tensegity!

I have PAL version of this cassette, but I think that that is not important for reviewing it.The second of 3 cassettes that present movement system proposed by Carlos Castaneda. The movemets looks like Tai-Chi but with more powerful punches and movements. This video contains another 9 movements. I recommend to look and learn the first cassette before this one.
