I'd like to mention that I am not a doctor and there are people that have depression/anxiety that cannot be solved by using herbal resources.
This tea is amazing. It is no overpowering, has a very light tingle of spice (probably the ginger) followed by a cool, minty sensation all the way down your throat. I suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety; this tea gets rid of it all. If it weren't for this tea, I may have became an alcoholic to calm myself down. It is amazing how much this tea can help you if you suffer from stress and anxiety. I drink it in the morning and at night, I find that it really makes the day run a lot smoother for me and I have been referring to this tea as "medicine" since it relieves some anxiety without all the side effects of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, addiction(I am addicted, but it's not a drug! (:, and finally, high blood pressure and weight gain. Day to day stress has always been bad, and this cup of tea always makes it better. I'd recommend it to the worry-warts, and the people that have small panic attacks from time to time. It surely helps, and the best part is that it tastes delicious!

I have in the past maybe partaked of some tea every once and awhile. I always just drank Celestial Seasonings Herb Tea, Sleepytime, 20-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6), and that was that. My boyfriend brought his love of tea into our place and Now its a daily and nightly ritual. Tea is so much more soothing than say a cup of cocoa or coffee. Less heavy, caffeine free, and natural.
We found Tension Tamer amoungst Celestial Seasonings multitude of tea flavors. Who doesnt want their tension to be tamed? Its absolutely the tastiest , relaxing, comforting hot beverage ever.It contains eleuthero ginseng,ginger root,chamomile, peppermint, cinnamon, and lemon. Nothing over powers, everything connects and leaves you content as can be. Seriously just smelling it will make you close your eyes and breath easier.

I've had this tea before and found it nice. Today, I had super-unpleasant work to do and have been having so much anxiety that I actually started thinking about benzodiazepines even though I am against taking such potentially addictive medication. With so much stuff going on, I had a day of actually trembling and having a bit of trouble working from anxiety and stress. I drank some of this tea and was simply amazed at how much calmer but still quite alert I felt. They do not make drugs this good.
