Straight-up wonderful.
In the crowded world of culinary texts, this is a rare gem. The book showcases amazing photographs (the author also just happens to be an award-winning photographer), knowledgeable yet concise commentary and a full-range of uses for everyone's favorite hangover inducer. All in all, this is a satisfying, uncomplicated and sublime way to quench one's thirst.

Cover Damaged
The quality of this book was not 'new', the cover edge was bent and their are scratches. I was going to give it as a gift and now cannot because it looks used.
