A book ahead it's time,
By "leoniea1" (Sydney Australia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tera, My Journey Home - Seichem, Shamanism, Symbology, Herbs and Reincarnation (Paperback)
"Tera, My Journey Home" covers a wide array of healing and esoteric information. There is an interesting chapter called "Ama Deus" Shamanic Healing from the Jungles of Central Brazil, in which Kathleen shares information from what she has been taught and shows how to carry out and use these symbols for healings. There is information on purification, releasing earthbound spirits, bringing in a spiritual guide for self and healing the planet. Symbols for Tera-mai Reiki-Seichem I & II with diagrams. A chapter on the Ancient Art of Hands-on-Healing as it is practised today with case histories. An informative section on iridology and herbs. A chapter about Initiations (all Initiations come from Mother/Father God) and last but not least a short talk on meditation followed by a guided meditation created by Kathleen called "Journey to Sacred Mountain."

Bigger and Better,

I have recieved the newest version of Tera, My Journey Home, and find it much improved over the first version. While I do not agree with Ms. Milner on all things, she has certainly taken everything she knows and tried to put it in a format for her students and the general reader, that will enhance their use of hands on healing techniques.

Kathleen is definitely ahead her time,

`Tera My Journey Home' takes us beyond the tangible understanding of healing ourselves and others. Kathleen Ann Milner is already walking her `journey' in the energy of the `Golden Era of the Return of the Angels' and her teachings are absolutely simple but extremely accurate and incredible profound. Definitely all the approach of Kathleen Ann Milner to the information, teaching and knowing is amazingly ahead her time.

Over all I liked the book very much, but on some of the information on Shamanism (Ama Deus) I had Questions about it. On the symbols, but on the other hand I am a Ama Deus Shaman and would not change any of the symbols, two of them were not in the right order (9 and 10) that I was taught and on that, would not try to use them in that order, would use the other information after checking it out closer, If I were to use it. Would not use anything in the book unless I was attunement to what ever I was about to use in the frist place. But alot of good information on Herbs & Supplements and enjoyed reading it, also did write to Kathleen Milner and we did talk about the Ama Deus part in the book. To me it was a nice book to put in my collection and enjoyed it. Worth the money I paid for it.

Tera, My Journey Home: Alternative Healing for the Body & Sp,
By Lester (Phoenix, AZ) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tera, My Journey Home - Seichem, Shamanism, Symbology, Herbs and Reincarnation (Paperback)
Do not waste your money on this book. Kathleen Milner continues to delude herself into thinking she is an author and artist. Through this book, she proves she is neither. Her embarassingly poor illustrations look like the paintings brought home by my fifth grade daughter. Ms. Milner's writing is equally amateurish and self-indulgent. I have recently attempted to read the 3rd Edition of "Tera". It is beyond me why Milner thinks anyone would be interested in the stream of conciousness ramblings about her mundane personal life, which pepper each of her offerings. My only conclusion after reading this pathetic Vanity Press offering is that Milner is a narcissist and a charlatan. Do not encourage her by buying this "book".
