With all respect to the previous reviewers, I don't think anyone has adequately communicated just what a trivial item this is. It's a little book (5x7 inches, about the size and thickness of a CD case) of 45 stock photos and paintings with Palin's head or face photoshopped in (yeah, the cover image too), each full-page picture with a mock-serious caption on the facing page (example: A painting of Joan of Arc in armor, with Palin's face pasted in; "In between junior high and high school, Sarah heard God's call to save France.") Those who found Palin ridiculous might find this item mildly amusing, though nowhere near worth the original $10 cover price. Those who considered Palin to be St. Sarah would likely find it mildly offensive. It's ultimately just silliness -- its greatest contribution to society was probably providing for a few hours of entertainment for James Iacobelli, who's credited with the photoshopping.
