I was in search of a minimalist show due to wanting to get fit and also to reduce my chronic back pain. I did some internet searching and found out about these shoes. I have to wear them to work so Vibram Five Fingers would have zero chances of being at all close to any office business look. I wear these shoes without the insole to have even more of a minimalist feel. I walk 2 miles a day during my lunch and they feel good. I do advise for any noobs to use the insole before going gung ho. The only 2 things I don't care for the shoes are the clownish looking wide shoe and when went the soles are slippery.
