Gr 4-8-Though these sports biographies are brief, they contain ample and key information. The tables of contents are well laid out with catchy chapter headings such as "Different Strokes," "Stayin' in School," and "Fresh Frosh" and each chapter opens with a memorable quote by or about the athlete. "Did You Know?" fact boxes contain interesting bits of trivia, and fans will enjoy the "favorites" files of both players. The copious color photographs include some great action shots, and the lively layout will appeal to reluctant readers.
