5.0 out of 5 stars Sauvages et Candides!, September 8, 2007
This review is from: Les Terribles (Audio CD)
Mince alors ... Les Terribles sont totalement super!

Very few modern groups can perform sixties music in a genuine manner -- most sound a bit "off".

That's not the case with Les Terribles. They've produced a wonderful album which flat-out rocks.

How so?

Les Terribles are strongly reminiscent of the Milkshakes or Embrooks, combining flawless covers with stellar originals. The album starts out delightful and its intensity only increases.

The group (four be-wigged guys and a girl) seem to be having lots of fun, and it's totally entertaining. One wants to cheer with each successive song.

It may help to know a bit of French. But Les Terribles are so good, language probably won't matter.

Highly recommended for anybody who likes the Embrooks, Milkshakes, Outsiders or Solar Flares.
