Product Description

Editorial Review

This plush cover makes changing your little one comfortable and easy. The material is a nice weight, so it will keep your baby warm and hold up through many washes. The elasticized cotton pad is so soft that baby will want to hang out and play on the changing pad. You'll definitely want to have a few on hand so your baby always has a soothing place for her bottom. --Andrea Linsky

2.0 out of 5 stars Not good!, September 26, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Terry Contoured Changing Pad Cover - Ecru (Baby Product)
I just washed this cover and put it on the Simmons pad for the first time. It either shrunk in the wash or did not fit to begin with. I would think that since Simmons makes the cover AND the changing pad that they might be compatible - but there are no holes to thread the safety straps through... and the tag on the changing pad says "child... should always be restrained with the safety straps". So they are not even supporting their own 'safety' standards.

So now I can't use the 'so important' safety straps unless I get out the sewing machine and make giant button holes, but the cover is too small anyway and practically bends the pad in two. It won't sit flat on the dresser... just adding to the lack of safety!! Just an FYI, the cover actually fits better on the 'Especially for baby' pad - which comes with a knit fabric cover for about the same price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Two are a must!, May 16, 2002

This pad cover fits the Simmons Contoured Changing pad perfectly and cradles Baby in comfort during changes. You must buy two so that when one's in the wash you have a clean one to put on the pad. I can't imagine changing my baby on a cold, vinyl surface! This terry cloth is soft and comfortable!

2.0 out of 5 stars The incredible shrinking changing pad cover........, May 17, 2002
This review is from: Terry Contoured Changing Pad Cover - Ecru (Baby Product)
what gives?? This thing gets smaller every time I wash it. If I can muster the strength to force it over the ends of my changing pad, it causes the pad to fold up like a taco. Ridiculous!
