Just to name some of the information in the book. Great book! djd

I have all of Terry's books and I have found them to be very helpful. I also have his book on Acrylic painting. Another wonderful book. His painting are fresh and delightful to the eye.

I did purchase his set of brushes and am thinking about ordering a second set because I also successfully use them with acrylics. They are wonderful brushes and it didn't take long to receive my orders. I have also ordered his own watercolor mixes of Green, Autumn and Shadow paint colors. I have high praises for Terry and his products.

I have been a painting teacher for over 25 years and my students will be required to get these brushes and paints. The brushes and paints will make their painting experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

His brushes are unlike any I have used to date.
They have been made with different types of hair in each particular brush. Terry explains that this is because each type of hair, when wet, behaves differently, making its stroke/mark represent a different part of a tree, flowers, roof ect. I have found that to be true and most helpful, taking some of the 'grrrrr' out of learning brush control. <<<smile>>>.

They are a great addition to the brushes available to the watercolor or acrylic artist, in my opinion.

I am very pleased with the book as I had viewed it prior to ordering. My issue is that fifteen pages of the book are bound upside down!!! Strange?!? They are in the middle so would be a nightmare to try to take apart..Oh well

All of Terry Harrison's books are great--very inspirational and helpful. I wish he sold a set of his brushes from one of the art catalogs in the USA.

I have read this little gem so many times already and will continue to do so. It is hard to believe such a tiny book contains so many treasures and is so very helpful. All the different landscape elements you might want to paint are covered!

wow, I really love the concise to the point on how to get techniques. This is a real keeper for the water colorist. for learning and for "reminding" techniques that may have been put aside. I highly recommend this one!

I would recommend this product to anyone who is beginning to paint in watercolors and wants to learn some basic techniques. His step-by-step instructions are very helpful. I give it five stars because it is well written, easy to understand, makes a lot of good recommendations regarding brushes, creative new techniques, etc. i also like the ring binder - very handy in using this book, as it stays open better while using it than a regular bound paperback.
