As you can expect from Tervis Tumblers, the mugs I ordered were in perfect condition and very classy looking. I have owned 6 other Tervis Tumblers for OVER TWENTY YEARS and they are still perfect. My secret? NEVER BUT NEVER put them in the dishwasher! Love 'em!
