One of the most effective ways to teach students is by making them feel like they are not being taught. If the learning process is fun, students will stick with it. The Test Your IQ series will help students achieve high scores on standardized tests by teaching them test-taking strategies through trivia in the areas of sports, movies, music, and cultural literacy.

Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Features and Benefits:
-Each book (except Test Your IQ) contains fifteen 50-question tests in its respective subject (sports, cultural literacy, music, movies).
-The questions in each test are arranged in increasing order of difficulty, similar to what a student encounters on an SAT test, and even the question types will mimic those of the SAT (such as sentence completion items).
-Books will provide strategies for taking tests and relaxing during the testing experience.
-Test Your IQ will be unique in the series; through a single traditional IQ test, it will allow students to figure out if they are left-brained or right-brained and therefore whether they should focus their test-prep on math or reading. (Note that Test Your IQ has sold something like 250,000 copies! We’re just going to revise the material around the IQ test.).
